1 General

1.1 All provisions of these general terms and conditions apply to every agreement and offer entered into with Stichting O.B.D. Events to provide services and/or sell products, insofar as this is not expressly deviated from in writing by the relevant parties.
1.2 Stichting O.B.D. Events does not accept any conditions from the Buyer unless otherwise agreed.
1.3 Deviation in the conditions will first be communicated to the Buyer in writing.
1.4 Stichting O.B.D. Events reserves the right to change the conditions at any time.
1.5 By accepting an offer offered by Stichting O.B.D. Events and/or the mere placing of an order, the Buyer accepts these terms and conditions and is deemed to have tacitly agreed with the exclusive applicability of these terms and conditions to any further orders given by the Buyer, regardless of written confirmation of Stichting O.B.D. Events .
1.6 Any additional agreements and/or changes made later, as well as oral agreements and/or promises by Stichting O.B.D. Events , are only binding if they have been confirmed in writing.
1.7 The Buyer determines whether products purchased are suitable for his/her use and assume all hazards and liability.
1.8 The Buyer must read the instructions for use completely and follow the instructions of the manufacturer. Stichting O.B.D. Events cannot and will not accept claims for injury, crash damage, or loss of models, accessories, parts, and materials that may arise from the use of a radio-controlled model
1.9 Stichting O.B.D. Events cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by incorrect information on its website.
1.10 The Buyer guarantees the correctness of the data as they are stored in the "account" of the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for all consequences caused by the inaccuracy of his data.
1.11 All disputes, including those that are only regarded as such by one party, arising out of or in connection with the agreement to which these terms and conditions apply or the relevant terms and conditions themselves and their interpretation or implementation, whether of a factual or legal nature, will be settled by the competent Civil Court within our area of ​​residence, insofar as the legal provisions allow this.

2 Quotation and payment

2.1 All quotations are subject to price changes.
2.2 Quotations in whatever form are always without obligation. This applies to both the Buyer and Stichting O.B.D. Events .
2.3 Stichting O.B.D. Events reserves the right to adjust prices in the interim. Customers with a current quotation will be notified.
2.4 Prices on the Stichting O.B.D. Events website are not binding, otherwise the Buyer will be notified.
2.5 If the Buyer thinks that the costs charged by Stichting O.B.D. Events as indicated on the relevant invoice are incorrect, the Buyer can object within 7 days and notify Stichting O.B.D. Events after the invoice date, failing which any claim against Stichting O.B.D. Events will lapse.
2.7 All prices quoted by Stichting O.B.D. Events include VAT.

3 Intellectual property

3.1 The Buyer expressly acknowledges that all intellectual property rights of the displayed information, images, communications, or other expressions with regard to the products and or with regard to the internet site are owned by Stichting O.B.D. Events , its suppliers, or other entitled parties.
3.2 Intellectual property rights are understood to mean patent, copyright, trademark, drawing and model rights, and or other (intellectual property) rights, including whether or not non-patentable technical and/or commercial know-how, methods, and concepts.
3.3 Images on the website may deviate from the final product. This concerns matters such as color and technical data.
